This Privacy Notice explains how Marianne Cottin, PhD collects and processes personal data of users of The Flow Brief (theflowbrief.com).

4. Sharing

We share data only with the following recipients:

• Infrastructure and tooling providers (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics) acting as processors under data-protection agreements.

• Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.

• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when necessary.

• Public authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Chile. In that case we rely on appropriate contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life.

We retain account data while your account is active and for the time needed to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life, you have rights of: access, rectification, cancellation, and blocking of your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You can file a complaint with the Council for Transparency (www.consejoparalatransparencia.cl).

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and separation of sensitive credentials from application code.
