Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, and to the first purchase or renewal within that window.

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Request one at https://paddle.net using the email you purchased with, or email us at hello@theflowbrief.com and we'll help.

Once approved, refunds typically process in 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

Outside the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
